The brand-new spot in Limassol, Stoa Urban Kitchen, is here to pleasantly surprise us. We're confident that one visit is all it takes to fall in love with this new space just like we did. Let's start with the design of the place and its location. Situated in the city center within a Stoa (location), the space boasts a minimalist yet summerish and Instagram-worthy design that will have you snapping photos the moment you arrive.
If you do, don't forget to tag us with the hashtag #DiscoverEATS so you could be the next one we choose for a featured post on our Social Media Profiles (Instagram, Facebook).
Now, when it comes to food and drinks, there are no words to describe them. When you go for brunch, it's a must to have pancakes! So, we recommend if you're a Nutella lover, try the Praline Pancakes and get ready for a sugar overdose. If you prefer white chocolate, trust us and choose the White Pancakes, which definitely 'taste like strawberries on a summer evening' as they are topped with fresh strawberries and forest fruits. If you like more a savory brunch or lunch, there are plentiful and carefully curated dietary options, something that pleasantly surprised us as not many brunch spots pay attention to this aspect. For a savory brunch, we'd recommend trying the Eggs Benedict with smoked salmon or bacon.
Otherwise, if you're looking to step away from the basics, you must try the Croque Madame or the 3 Eggs Omelet, and good luck if you can manage dessert afterwards. As for lunch, we haven't tried it yet, but the pasta dishes sound and look particularly enticing. However, next time we visit, we'll definitely try the best-selling item from the 'Stoa Specials,' Bao Buns with homemade chicken bites, vegetables, and matcha mayo sauce.
WOW, right? But of course, we can't overlook the enchanting Stoa Signature Cocktails. The three that stood out for us were the Strawberry Cheesecake, the Sunset Boulevard, and the Solymar.
